Rules of the Melton/Memorandum
The Society Rules were amended at the 2021 Annual General Meeting and are now based on the Seventh Edition of the Model Rules for Building Societies published by the Building Societies Association (BSA).
The Seventh Edition of the Model Rules was produced to reflect the ongoing changes in building society law and practice since the publication of the previous edition of the Model Rules.
